Our coffee
We use coffee beans from Rwanda Trading Company's Nyungwe washing station in the southwest of the country. Over 2000 farmers bring their coffee cherries to be carefully sorted, washed and dried at this station. The coffee then comes to Kigali where it is custom roasted to the perfect balance between medium and dark. We then prepare a variety of hot or iced espresso based drinks and brewed coffee from these delicious beans.
